My New Outside Blog: January 2012

Please Welcome Angela Litman Farrell to Active Rain

Angela Litman-Farrell is a loan officer with Ameris Bank in Stockbridge, GA.  Angela is totally new to blogging, so getting together with her and talking about Active Rain is a great first start.  Angela and I were talking about goals for 2012 when she mentioned how excited she is to do some different things to boost her marketing efforts.  I talked about AR again and we got started with her profile at her office.

Angela has been in the mortgage brokering business for several years and has weathered all of the changes that have happened over the years.  She has helped buyers throughout metro Atlanta.

Angela Litman Farrell

I have worked with Angela on several closings, and the one thing that I find Angela is really good at is working with the most difficult qualifying situations.  Buyers have come to Angela with all kinds of situations, and while she is very straight forward in her assessment of their situations, she also has worked miracles for many buyer clients.

Angela also does an excellent job of helping buyers examine their credit scores and making recommendations that will give buyers a quick boost in their scores so that they can qualify.

Check out Angela's blog here.
