The news for Fairburn single family real estate is fabulous.
The trend is pointed in the right direction, and here are the numbers to prove it.
Pending Sales were up in August by 15% over last year for Fairburn single family homes. 46 properties pending closing in August 2011 versus 40 properties in August in 2010. There are great deals in Fairburn, especially on REOs and short sales. Buyers are taking advantage of these deals and helping the Fairburn real estate recovery.
Closed Sales were up a whopping 79% in August of 2011 as compared to August 2010. 43 transactions closed in August of this year as compared to 24 transactions in August of last year. Fairburn says, 'recovery here we come!'
Average Sales Price for single family homes sold in Fairburn rose by a very encouraging 13.2%. New construction played a major role in boosting this key factor. Now we have to keep the momentum positive and expect even better numbers in the months to come.
